1. SHOPPING WITH HORSEY CHICK

1. Online shopping - We have developed our Site to make shopping with us as easy and enjoyable as possible. Please note that we currently accept the following payment cards

2. The Horsey Chick online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL), ensuring that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Our site transacts securely using the Protx system.

Please note that once you have confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your bank account on the same day.

3. Offline shopping - You are able to purchase Horsey Chick products directly from us by post and from our stands and representatives at attended shows. Click here for our mail order form.

4. To order by post please print off and complete our mail order form. Please ensure that you include your name, address and method of payment. Send the form, along with a cheque, postal order or card details to the address supplied on the form.

Please do not send cash. We do not currently accept Eurocheques.

2. DELIVERY

1. UK standard delivery for all online/offline orders: £3.50.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered to you.
Delivery within the European Union: £8
Delivery to all other destinations: £12 (Weight dependent - in some rare instances the £12 will be reviewed, but we will contact you if this is the case)

2. Delivery is subject to stock availability. A signature is required on receipt.

3. OUR GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

1. It's our sincere hope that you'll be as pleased with our products as we are.

However, if for any reason you are not, please return them, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, within 21 days of purchase. We will exchange the item (for which there will be a standard postage charge of £3.50) or provide you with a full refund or credit note. For all garments purchased at shows, please note that exchanges or refunds require a receipt. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, please contact us for our returns address. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange, after which a replacement may be offered. Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Postage. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post.

2. If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once your order has been confirmed, then please contact Horsey Chick customer services by clicking here.

3. We take every care to ensure that our descriptions and specifications are correct at any given time. Colour reproduction is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. Please note colours indicated are a guide - individual browser/PC settings may vary. All of our offers are subject to availability.

3. Blog material, video and photographic footage of Horsey Chick's sponsored riders and horses/ponies is the property of Horsey Chick and may not be redistributed without the prior written consent of Horsey Chick.

This statement describes the policy and practices of Horsey Chick with regard to processing of Personal Information on the Site. Horsey Chick's principal activities involve the merchandising and advertising of clothing and fashion accessories, details of which are placed on the Site by Horsey Chick.

2. "Personal Information" means information that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information together with other information which is held by or is likely to be held by Horsey Chick.

1. Horsey Chick's Stable Finder Directory and reviews have been created to give Horsey Chick users useful and impartial information on where to ride and stabling across the UK. All reviews are submitted by Horsey Chick users giving an open and honest insight into establishments offering ideas and comments as well as things to consider and look out for.

Although every effort has been taken by the Horsey Chick team to ensure the quality and constructive nature of our reviews, it is inevitable that negative comments will appear. We believe these comments to be important in the overall quality of the reviews but accept that occasionally some comments may offend. If this is the case please email info@horseychick.co.uk to bring any issues you may have to our attention.

2. All material and content forming Horsey Chick Stable Finder reviews is the property of Horsey Chick unless we have given express written permission, this material may not be reproduced by any third party. The terms 'Stable Finder' and 'Rider Reviews' exclusively pertain to Horsey Chick's Stable Finder Directory.

3. If you submit a Stable Finder review, you agree to our Conditions of Use. You may also be entered into a competition running at the time of your review submission and, if you are a winner, you shall be notified by email at the end of the competition.

4. If you submit your email address when submitting a Stable Finder review, Horsey Chick will not pass your email address on to any third party. 8. STOCKISTS

1. By becoming a stockist of Horsey Chick clothing, you agree to abide by the Site Policies and conditions contained within this page.

As a stockist of Horsey Chick clothing, you must identify yourself as a stockist and if you are involved in online internet sales activity via your website, you agree not to a) bid on the term 'Horsey Chick' or derivations thereof (e.g. horseychick, horse chick etc.) through any search engine marketing channel b) bid on any terms which may in any way represent yourself as Horsey Chick clothing or c) misrepresent or use the Horsey Chick brand in any way.

3. You shall have a nonexclusive and revocable right to use the graphic image and text available on www.horseychick.co.uk solely for the purpose of identifying your site as an stockist and to assist the promotion of Horsey Chick products. We reserve all rights in all of the Content provided to you under these conditions (including without limit all our images and text, our trade names and trademarks) and you agree that you do not acquire any interest in such rights save as those expressly licensed in this Agreement

We will not be liable to you or any person for indirect, special, or consequential loss or damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits or data, whether direct or indirect) arising in connection with these conditions or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Horsey Chick competitions are free to enter and are not available to Horsey Chick employees, agents, associates or sponsorships.

2. If you submit your email address when entering a competition, Horsey Chick will not pass your email address on to any third party. Your email address will be solely used to communicate results of competitions and offers and promotions which we feel would be of interest to you.

3. Prizes are clothing from Horsey Chick's current ranges and gift vouchers. All prizes are subject to availability. Please note that jodhpurs and chaps are excluded from the prizes available.
